At Alfa Therm, the safety and health of people are our top priority. Through our actions, we strive to promote the adoption of good practices to ensure the protection of people and the environment.   • We educate employees on safety procedures, the proper use of equipment, the identification of potential hazards, and we implement clear protocols for adopting safety measures<\/li>
  • Regular health check-ups ensure that potential health issues are detected and treated in a timely manner<\/li>
  • Every employee has access to top-quality medical care through supplementary health insurance card for themselves and their families<\/li>
  • We promote healthy working conditions in offices to prevent issues related to prolonged sitting or poor microclimatic conditions<\/li>
  • Our team includes specialists in occupational safety who continuously work on improving working conditions in collaboration with leading authorised agencies in the field of occupational safety<\/li><\/ul>

    Our continuous commitment to creating a safe working environment for 220 employees of Alfa Therm, who have collectively spent a total of 34,850 hours working and have travelled 459,996 km at construction sites across the region and the EU since the beginning of 2024, yields exceptional results. We have not recorded a single workplace injury, which demonstrates the outstanding dedication to implementing safety measures.<\/p>

    Every step we take towards creating a safer working environment is invaluable. We want our collaboration and care for one another to be the foundation of our success. Let us not forget that every worker deserves a workplace that ensures their safety and well-being.<\/p>
