Recognizing the importance of engineering and high technology development for the domestic economy, Alfa Therm has been actively involved in key initiatives promoting education and entrepreneurship since 2009, thus contributing to the development of society as a whole.
Centre for Technical Culture (CTC)
Successfully operating since 2009, with over 1,200 participants in various workshops attesting to its quality and dedication. From the very beginning until today, we have been actively supporting the Centre’s activities.
CTC offers students, high schoolers, and university students the opportunity to acquire STEM knowledge through practical workshops, fostering the development of technical skills and innovative thinking. The goal of these workshops is to provide younger generations with access to practical knowledge in areas such as modelling, model-building, robotics, electronics, informatics, programming, and graphic design, fostering their interest in STEM education.
The workshops help young people develop key skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity by connecting theoretical knowledge with real applications, thus preparing them for future challenges and opening up career opportunities in STEM fields. Moreover, the workshops promote collaboration and team work, further contributing to the overall development of students.

INTERA Technology Park
Believing that the desire for learning and professional development should not end with formal education, we initiated the establishment of the INTERA Technology Park Foundation in 2011. The Foundation was established with the aim of promoting the development of entrepreneurship, with a special focus on high technologies.
This place brings together startups, entrepreneurs, individuals, and the scientific community, providing a platform for the exchange and acquisition of various expert knowledge and skills, including networking.
A special focus is placed on young entrepreneurs seeking to establish themselves professionally, as well as on launching and developing innovative entrepreneurship.
Since its inception, we have continuously followed and supported the work of the INTERA Technology Park. Its activities have a significant impact on the improvement of the local and wider community.
