Engineers for Klaićeva!
Few remain indifferent at the mention of the Clinic for Children’s Diseases in Zagreb, known as “Klaićeva”, which, in the past four years, survived two earthquakes and a thunderstorm, with renovations still ongoing. Every year, 50,000 young patients pass through this hospital, with around 200 visiting the emergency room daily.
A year ago, the first Charity Event for engineers was held. The construction sector united to raise funds for the renovation of the combined emergency room of the children’s hospital in Klaićeva. This year, the same noble goal is set for the paediatric haematology and oncology department at KBC Zagreb.
A total of 244,890.00 euros was raised for the construction and equipment of the Paediatric Haematology and Oncology Department at KBC Zagreb.
At the second Charity Gala Event for engineers, held in the Crystal Hall of the Westin Hotel under the title “Engineers for Paediatric Haematology and Oncology at KBC Zagreb”, a total of 244,890.00 euros was raised for the construction and equipment of the Paediatric Haematology and Oncology Department at KBC Zagreb.
