Team building – Tara 2024
The weekend on Tara was the perfect moment for redirecting from work to socializing and relaxing. We weren’t only surrounded by indescribable nature, but we also enjoyed in different types of music and traditional dishes and drinks.
We had an unforgettable time with various adventure activities filled with adrenaline and excitement.
The end of summer was marked with an unforgettable weekend on the Tara river. We were guests of the rafting center “Drina Tara”, located on the attractive coast between two beautiful national parks, from September 20 to September 22. This event was the perfect escape from everyday obligations and also an opportunity to relax and have fun.
What did we do?
Rafting on the Tara river – we experienced an exciting ride on the rapids of the Tara river. We had a great time and created unforgettable memories. Fortunately, we all came back, although some thought that the boats had an autopilot and a built-in refrigerator.
Hiking to Trnovačko Lake – This activity allowed us to enjoy hiking through untouched nature and admire the beautiful mountain landscapes. Arriving at Trnovačko Lake we were rewarded with a fairytale scene. As we are not all professionals, some of my colleagues started with the belief that they were going only for a walk, and after a short time there were questions like “How much time do we need to get there?” In the end we all managed to overcome the climb.
Safari ride – The Safari ride was a real adventure through untouched and wild parts of the wilderness. Although we expected bears, we only met horses and sheep. We even had courage to try a zip line and flew through the canyon with an incredible rush of adrenaline, and now we can brag about how fearless we are – at least until the next challenge comes.
We are aware that everyday work does not only depend on the skills of an individual. So we always try to create a healthy work environment, in which mutual trust and respect are the most important things. We try to identify the drivers of the individual to ensure personal and team growth. Time spent at Tara accommodation allowed us to get to know our colleagues better, with whom we do not work every day, and to build stronger relationships and trust. This connection certainly ensures success in future challenges and provides the basis for further growth.
