Technological Park Split – Successfully completed project
We are proud to announce the completion of yet another exceptional project, making the city of Split a centre of innovation and technological advancement. The largest ITC Hub in Croatia now provides support to entrepreneurs and innovators, and creates an environment that fosters the growth and development of start-ups, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
The central building of the Technological Park spans an impressive 17,571.65 m2 and offers numerous facilities designed to further booster the productivity and creativity of its users.
It will include:
- 5,952.70 m² of office space
- 460.70 m² of co-working space
- 697.40 m² incubator offices (for up to 5 employees)
- 858 m² of conference space
- Three high-tech laboratories
Additional facilities include a restaurant with a kitchen, two café bars, a kindergarten, and fitness and recreational zones.
Our role in this project was to develop the latest HVAC solutions, ensuring clean and fresh air, as well as a healthy working environment for all users of the park. By using cutting-edge technology, we provided optimal conditions for work and creativity, prioritizing the health and well-being of the users.

The implemented system ensures:
- Optimal Temperature: Regardless of external conditions, the interior of the park will always maintain the ideal operation temperature.
- Quality Air: Our advanced ventilation systems continuously purify the air, removing harmful particles and ensuring freshness.
- Energy Efficiency: We use energy-efficient systems that reduce energy consumption and contribute to sustainability.
- Building Management System (BMS) and Control: Modern automation systems enable easy management and adjustment of conditions according to the needs of the users.
The project was implemented under the Design & Build model, providing a comprehensive service that includes the development of conceptual design, preparation of detailed design, procurement of equipment, and final execution, i.e., installation of equipment. This approach enables integrated work between the design and execution teams, ensuring optimal coordination, high efficiency, and risk reduction at all stages of the project.
The TP Split project is not just another architectural achievement; it is a proof of our ongoing commitment to technological advancement and sustainable development. The Technological Park Split is now equipped to support innovative ideas and projects, and to foster a new era of business success in the region.
