Another successful year is behind us! Last year was marked by significant achievements, continuous development and strengthening of our leadership position in the HVAC sector.

Another successful year is behind us! Last year was marked by significant achievements, continuous development and strengthening of our leadership position in the HVAC sector. As we enter 2025 with enthusiasm and ambitious plans, we make memories of the most important moments and successes that marked the last year.
Our growth path did not even slow down in 2024. We completed more than 50 projects, maintained more than 550 facilities and had 27 new project contracts in 6 different international markets. These results confirm our ability to ensure continuity and sustainable growth.
The introduction of new management members marked a significant step towards achieving our long-term vision. With fresh ideas and strategic focus, we are preparing for the new challenges and opportunities that are waiting for us in the future.
We have completed the rebranding process, ensuring that our new brand follows our strategy, while remaining loyal to our core values, to which we owe our long-standing success and recognition. These values make us synonyms for reliability, responsibility and quality.
We have launched the OptiNERG project, which intends to develop and implement green technologies. Our commitment to sustainability has been further confirmed by making the first ESG report, which has further strengthened our position as a responsible company.
During this year, we have hired 25 new colleagues, increasing our expertise and capacities. In addition, through mentoring 7 scholars and 15 interns, we ensured the transfer of knowledge and the development of young talents.
Committed to supporting families, we welcomed 5 new babies, gave 84 presents and sent 7 first graders off to school. These moments show that in addition to professional successes, we also care about the people who make up the heart of our company.
Through donations we have supported the work of more than 70 associations and organizations, actively contributing to the development of the community in which we operate.
We organized and participated in 82 training courses, continuously working on the professional development of the team. Through 16 public performances, we shared our knowledge and experience with the wider community.
Besides our hard work, we also knew how to relax! Unforgettable team building and many other interesting gatherings marked the year 2024, creating even stronger relations within our team.
On solid foundations and with a strong vision, we enter 2025 ready for new challenges and opportunities. The synergy of people, processes and technologies is the key to our success and will remain the main support in achieving our future goals. Thank you all who were part of our journey in 2024!
